Recipe: 7 Layer Dip
Ingredients
- 16 oz can refried beans
- 2 cups prepared guacamole
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 - 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
- 1 cup seeded, diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
Instructions
Step 1
Spread 16 oz can re-fried beans in a dish. Top the beans with 2 cups prepared guacamole, make sure it cover the beans completely.
Step 2
Add 1 - 1/2 tbsp chili powder,2 tsp cumin,
and 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese in a bowl. Mix well. Top the mixture on the prepared guacamole. Spread well to form the third layer.
Step 3
Spread 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese on top. This is the fourth layer.
Step 4
Spread 1 cup seeded, diced tomatoes and 1/2 cup sliced black olives on top. This is the fifth and sixth layer.
