  • Short Description: I decided to take a homemade Big Mac recipe and make it my own. My wife and I have been cutting carbs in order to lose fat before our trip to Punta Cana. Pretty much all we've been eating are: eggs, chicken, vegetables, and more eggs. A few days ago on my way out the door, I asked my wife if there was anything I could bring her back. She jokingly replied, "A Big Mac." I said okay and thought to myself how I could bring her the taste of a Big Mac in a somewhat healthy package. Surprisingly a homemade Big Mac can be somewhat healthy. First of all I got rid of the bun and all those carbs, then the rest was easy.
