Recipe: Healthy Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large glass
  • 1 small bowl of lime juice
  • 1 small bowl of celery salt
  • 1 1/2 oz of Vodka
  • Clamato Juice
  • 1 dash of hot sauce
  • 2 dashes of worcestershire
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • A small portion of croutons

Instructions

Step 1

Take your glass to dip into lime juice, then place the glass on the celery salt, twist it around. Remove the glass.

Step 2

Pour vodka in the glass. Add in Clamato Juice, 1 dash of hot sauce and 2 dashes of worcestershire. Stir well with a spoon. Garnish the dressing with 2 stalks of celery.

Step 3

Add 1 head of chopped romaine lettuce, and a small portion of croutons. Mix well. Add the dressing mixture in the garlic. Garnished with pepper and Parmesan cheese.
