Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
- Topping:
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter
- greased bundt/tube pan, 350 degrees F for 50-60 minutes
Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 inch bundt/tube pan.
Step 2
Add 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 Tbsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt. Whisk well. set aside.
Step 3
Add 2 eggs in a mixer. Whisk well. Add 1/4 cup vegetable oil, 3/4 cup milk and 1 cup cranberries. Combine well. Add the dry ingredient mixture in the mixer. Mix well. Add 1 cup cranberries. Mix well. Transfer in a greased bundt/tube pan. Press tight.
Step 4
To make the topping, add 1/3 cup flour, 1/3 cup packed brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 cup butter in a bowl. Mix well. Spread the on the dough.
Step 5
Cook in the pre-heated oven for for 50-60 minutes.
