Recipe: Creamy Spinach Pasta

Ingredients

• 1 cup pasta cooked
• 1 cup spinach
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 2 cloves of garlic chopped
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
• Some low fat milk
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Heat the oil.

Step 2

Add garlic and spinach and let it cook for a minute.

Step 3

Add pasta and cream.

Step 4

Add cheese,salt,pepper and milk. Mix well.

Step 5

Serve hot.
