Ingredients

  • soy sauce
  • 3 chicken legs
  • sake
  • mirin
  • pepper
  • 2 minced garlic

Instructions

Step 1

Pierce chicken with a fork to make it faster to marinade.

Step 2

Add soy sauce, sake, mirin ( sake plus honey can be a substitute), some pepper, and 2 minced garlic in a plate. Mix well.

Step 3

Marinate chicken pieces for at least 1 hour till the sauce penetrates the meat.

Step 4

Put on a rack and cook in the oven at 400F or so.
