Recipe: Pork Egg Rolls
Ingredients
- 1lb. Ground Pork
- 1lb. Egg Roll Wraps
- 1lb. Coleslaw Mix
- 4 tbs. Crushed Pinapple
- 4 tbs. Sesame Oil
- 2 tbs. Garlic
- 2 tbs. Ginger
- 1/2 cup Hoisin Sauce
- 1-2 tbs. Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Add 4 tbs. Sesame Oil,2 tbs. Garlic,
and 2 tbs. Ginger in a pan over medium heat. Cook for 30 seconds. Add 1lb. Ground Pork, cook for about 1 minutes. Add 1 tsp. Paprika. Mix up. Add 1lb. Coleslaw Mix, give it a quick stir. Add 1-2 tbs. Soy Sauce and 1/2 cup Hoisin Sauce and 1 tsp Black Pepper, stir well. Add 4 tbs. Crushed Pineapple. Stir well.
Step 2
Add some mixture on a egg roll wrap, roll the wrap half way, fold in the sides, brush the wrap with some egg wash, finish rolling.
