Recipe: Superbowl Buffalo Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup Frank's Original Style Hot Sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- Buffalo sauce:
- 1/2 cup Frank's Original Style Hot Sauce
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp noney
- 1/2 cup un salted butter
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 4 lbs chicken wings
Instructions
Step 1
To make the marinade,add 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil,
1/4 cup Frank's Original Style Hot Sauce,
1 tbsp lemon juice,
1 tsp kosher salt,
1 tsp cayenne pepper,
1 tsp black pepper,
1 clove garlic in a mix bowl. Whisk and combine.
Add the chicken wings in the bowl. Toss around. Put them in a zip lock bag. Remove as much air as possible. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
Step 2
To make the Buffalo sauce,add 1/2 cup Frank's Original Style Hot Sauce,
2 tsp apple cider vinegar,
1 tbsp honey,
1/2 cup unsalted butter,
1 tsp corn starch in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
Step 3
Cook the wings on a gas grill or charcoal grill.
