Recipe: Superbowl Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Frank's Original Style Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • Buffalo sauce:
  • 1/2 cup Frank's Original Style Hot Sauce
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp noney
  • 1/2 cup un salted butter
  • 1 tsp corn starch
  • 4 lbs chicken wings

Instructions

Step 1

To make the marinade,
add 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil,
1/4 cup Frank's Original Style Hot Sauce,
1 tbsp lemon juice,
1 tsp kosher salt,
1 tsp cayenne pepper,
1 tsp black pepper,
1 clove garlic in a mix bowl. Whisk and combine.
Add the chicken wings in the bowl. Toss around. Put them in a zip lock bag. Remove as much air as possible. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.

Step 2

To make the Buffalo sauce,
add 1/2 cup Frank's Original Style Hot Sauce,
2 tsp apple cider vinegar,
1 tbsp honey,
1/2 cup unsalted butter,
1 tsp corn starch in a mixing bowl. Mix well.

Step 3

Cook the wings on a gas grill or charcoal grill.

Step 4

Serve the chicken wings with the Buffalo sauce, enjoy!
