Recipe: Banana muffin Recipe
Ingredients
- 2-3 bananas, depending on the size
- 330 gr. flour
- 200 gr. fine cane sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 115 gr. butter
- 240 ml. milk
- 3 eggs, from 1 egg use
- yolk only
Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 180C.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pan or a microwave. Use the melted butter to brush the silicone cups.
Step 3
Add 330 gr. flour,200 gr. fine cane sugar,
3 tsp baking powder,
the melted butter,
and the yolk of 3 eggs in a pot. Whisk well. Add 240 ml. milk. Mix well. It it is too thick, all more milk. If it is too thin, add more flour. Add the mashed banana in the mixture. Mix well.
Step 4
Spoon the mixture into the silicone cups. Don't fill it completely because the muffin will rise a little more in the oven. Add some sugar on the top. Bake in the pre-heated oven for 15 minutes.
