Recipe: House Fried Rice with Beef Chicken and Shrimp

Ingredients

  • Proteins:
  • 2 chopped chicken breast about 1/2 pieces
  • 1 cup thinly sliced beef
  • 2 dozen cleaned raw shrimp
  • others:
  • 3 chopped green onions
  • 3 scrambled eggs
  • Soy sauce to taste
  • dash of sesame oil
  • dash of white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil for cooking

Instructions

Step 1

Put a wok ( or a pan ) over high heat. When the wok is hot, add 1 tablespoon oil and chicken breast pieces. Stir and cook well. Remove.

Step 2

Put the sliced beef in the same wok. Stir and cook well. Remove.

Step 3

Add 2 dozen cleaned raw shrimp in the same wok, cook until red. Remove.

Step 4

Add 1 tablespoon oil, then 3 scrambled eggs in the same wok, Cook until thicken. Add rice and cook for about 1 minute. Add some Soy sauce, stir well. Return the chicken breast, sliced beef and shrimps in the wok. Stir well.

Step 5

Add dash of sesame oil, dash of white pepper and some chopped green onion.
