Ingredients
- 8 oz of elbow macaroni, cooked to packaged directions
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp of vinegar
- 1 tbsp of dijon mustard
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of ground black pepper
- 1 cup of celery, thinly sliced
- 1 cup of green and red peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup of onion, chopped
Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, mayonnaise, vinegar, dijon mustard, sugar, salt, and black pepper and mix.
Step 2
Now add the celery, green and red peppers, onion and cooked macaroni.
Step 3
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
