Recipe: Creamy Strawberry Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

• 1 stick of butter at room temperature
• (1) 8-oz. block of cream cheese, at room temperature
• 3 1/2 cups of confectioner's sugar sifted
• ½ cup of premium strawberry preserves
• 1 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

Step 1

Add the cream cheese and 1 stick of butter in a mixer, mix well.

Step 2

Add 3 1/2 cups of sifted confectioner's sugar in a bowl.

Step 3

Add the cream cheese and 1 stick of butter in a mixer, mix well. Add 1 teaspoons vanilla extract. Mix well. Add half of the confectioner's sugar in the mixer. Mix well. Then add the
remaining sugar, put the mixer to low, mix well. Add 1/2 cup of premium strawberry preserves. Mix well.
