Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 quart prepared creamy tomato soup
- 1 cayenne to taste
- 1 8-oz tub lump crabmeat
- 1 salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 1 salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
Instructions
Add 1/4 cup chopped green onions, 1 tablespoon butter, 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning in a sauce pan over medium low heat. Stir and cook for 2 minutes. Then add 1 quart prepared creamy tomato soup, give it a stir. turn the heat to medium. Bring it to a simmer. Turn the heat to medium low. Add some cayenne and 8-oz tub lump crab meat. Give it a stir.
Combine 2 tablespoon heavy whipping cream, some salt and fresh ground black pepper in a bowl.
Transfer the soup in a serving bowl. Add a spoon of the whipping cream mixture. Served with bread.
