The fresh wild salmon fillets and then glazed under a hot broiler can produce some amazing and delicious “gourmet” results.

- 2 six ounce salmon filets
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp romesco sauce
down. Season the top side with salt and pepper, spread 1 1/2 tbsp romesco sauce on each salmon fillet. Drizzle a little bit salt on it.
Put in a preheated broiler, broil under high heat for 6-10 minutes until sauce is glazed on and salmon is cooked.
