This is a real version of Tarragon Aioli which is commonly used as a dip for vegetables, potatoes, fish and meats.

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • tbsp fresh tarragon
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 dash of cayenne

Instructions

  1. Slice the garlic cloves. Put them into a small bowl. Add a pinch of salt. Crash them. on the half way, add a tbl of fresh tarragon. Crash them well.

  2. Add 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 2 tsp fresh lemon juice. Mix well.

  3. Add some cayenne. Mix well.
