This is a real version of Tarragon Aioli which is commonly used as a dip for vegetables, potatoes, fish and meats.

Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 pinch of salt
- tbsp fresh tarragon
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 dash of cayenne
Instructions
Slice the garlic cloves. Put them into a small bowl. Add a pinch of salt. Crash them. on the half way, add a tbl of fresh tarragon. Crash them well.
Add 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 2 tsp fresh lemon juice. Mix well.
Add some cayenne. Mix well.
