Ingredients
- 1 stale Italian bread
- 8 oz mozzarella fresca
- 1/2 cup pesto
- 2 tbsp white wine and vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1 red pepper flakes
- 1 sun shine
Instructions
Slice stale Italian bread into thin pieces. Place the pieces into a plate. Then drip over 1/4 cup pesto, spread 8 oz mozzarella fresca (fresh mozzarella).
continue to add some salt and pepper, red pepper flakes.
cick it upa notch ada. add 2 tbsp white wine vinegar, 2 tbsp olive oil to the remaining cup pesto, Mix well. Then drizzle the sauce over the bread mixture above.
Now place the whole plate in the sun for 20 minutes. The sun help soaking.
