  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) finely minced garlic
  • 6 slices Sun-Maid Raisin Cinnamon Swirl Bread
  • 1 cup (250 mL) diced cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) thinly sliced basil
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Pinch Kosher salt
  • 2 oz (57 g) soft goat cheese or cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375(F (190(C).

  2. Combine olive oil and garlic in a microwave-safe dish; microwave on HIGH (100% power) for 20 seconds to infuse garlic flavor.
