Yam and Mashed Potato Recipe ( Video )
In this recipe I simply combined homemade mashed potatoes with yams. It adds a great and slightly sweet flavor.

Ingredients
- 5 potatoes, baked with skins on
- 1 can sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
Add potatoes and yams to your mixer.
Next, add remaining ingredients in the mixer. Mix on medium speed until whipped.
Transfer to a serving bowl to serve.
