The drink is nice and sweet, you can adjust it to light and frosty with extra milk, or to darker, flatter and richer.

Ingredients
- 2 oz chocolate syrup
- 2 oz cold milk
- 10 oz very cold seltzer water
Instructions
Add 1-2 oz chocolate syrup, 1-2 oz cold milk in a glass. Use a spoon to mix well.
Add seltzer water in the glass, 1/3 way up. Slowly mix well. Pour more water in until full. Slowly Mix well.
