Chocolate Crackles Recipe ( Video )
Chocolate Crackles are very easy to make. You don't even use much of the heat. They are perfect for kids parties. Puffed Rice Cereal is combined with sugar, cocoa and coconut and mixed with Copha to create a delicious chocolate, crunchy dessert.

- 4 cup Puffed Rice Cereal (eg Rice Bubbles, Rice Crispies etc
- 1 cup Icing (Powdered) Sugar
- 1 cup Desiccated Coconut
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 250 g Copha* (Vegetable Shortening)
Sieve 1 Cup of Icing (Powdered) Sugar and 3 Tablespoons of Cocoa Powder through a strainer into a mixing bowl. Then add 1 Cup of Desiccated Coconut and 4 Cups of Puffed Rice Cereal. Mix up.
Melt 250g Copha in a pot over low heat. Let cool for a few minutes. Then pour it in the dry ingredients. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture into muffin cases. Refrigerate for about an hour.
