This California Pizza Dough is very quick and easy to make. The times are very short for the rising and proofing.

Ingredients
- 1 package dry active yeast
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup warm water - 105 degrees F
- 3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil - plus more for brushing
- 1 toppings of your choice
- 1 olive oil
Instructions
Add 1 package dry active yeast, 1 teaspoon honey, and 1 cup warm water (105 degrees F) into a mixing bowl. Stir well. Let it dissolve for 10 minutes.
Then Add 1 teaspoon kosher salt, 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 cup warm water (105 degrees F), and 3 cup all-purpose flour. Stir well. Add more flour as needed. This is our dough.
Then spread some dry flour on a table, put the dough on it. Use the traditional method to knead and roll the dough until it becomes smooth and firm.
Add some olive oil in a bowl. put the dough in, let the dough coated with olive oil. Cover the bowl with a towel, let rise for 30-40 minutes.
Add some flour on a board, put the dough on it. Pat the dough down to flat it. Cut the dough into 4 equal pieces. keep folding the sides of each piece underneath, do it for 6-7 times. Them put them on a tray, cover them with a towel. Let rest for 20 minutes.
Add some flour on a board, put a dough on it. Keeping pressing and stretching the dough out, make it 8-10 inches wide. You can roll it if you like.
Put the dough into corn mill pan, brush the top side of dough with some olive oil. Add and spread some tomato sauce on the dough, then add your topping for the pizza.
Bake it in the bottom of a preheated 450F oven for 5 minutes. Then move it to the middle rack of the oven, bake for about 5 minutes.
