Instructions

Step 1

Add 1 1/4 lb ground turkey,
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning,
1 teaspoon salt,
1 teaspoon onion powder,
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt,
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper,
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce,
pinch of cayenne,
1 large beaten egg,
and 1/4 cup milk in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.

Step 2

Add 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs in the bowl. Mix well. Cover the bowl with a plastic. Refrigerate for about 1 hour.

Step 3

After refrigerating, use a scoop to shape the mixture into meet balls. Place a foil in a baking sheet. Place the balls on the foil. Use your hands to roll the balls in order to make them smooth.

Step 4

Brown the balls in a pan over medium heat. Use two forks to turn them around. Brown them on as many as surface you can. Remove and set aside.

Step 5

Add 1 cup canned jellied cranberry sauce,
1/2 cup orange jelly or marmalade,
and 1/2 cup chicken broth or water in the pan over medium heat. Bring it to a simmer. Add 1 tablespoon minced jalapeno peppers, and 1 tablespoon minced Fresno peppers. Give it a stir. Return the meet balls in the pan. Stir around. Simmer on medium low heat until the meet balls are cooked through. Add some salt and pepper. Stir around.

Step 6

Remove and serve.
