Recipe: Toasted Salmon Glazed with Romesco Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 six ounce salmon filets
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbl of romesco sauce, or “whatever”
Instructions
Step 1
Place the salmon fillets on a foil in a baking pan. Spread 1 1/2 romesco sauce on each salmon fillet. Drizzle some salt on them.
Step 2
Put them in a pre-heated broiler, 4 inches away from the flame, broil on high for 6-10 minutes.
