Recipe: Thai Red Curry Grilled Beef
Ingredients
- 1 whole beef flank steak, trimmed
- 3 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 3-4 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon red curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red curry paste
Instructions
Step 1
Add 3 tablespoon fish sauce,1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar,
3-4 cloves crushed garlic,
1 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger,
1 teaspoon hot sauce,
1 teaspoon red curry powder,
and 1/2 teaspoon red curry paste into a mixing plate. Mix well.
Step 2
Then put the steak in the plate, toss well.Use a fork to poke the steak to make many holes in the steak.
Let sit in room temperature for 1 hours.
Step 3
Now Put the steak on a hot grill, grill for 6-7 minutes per side.Optional, add some herb on the steak while cooking.
