Recipe: Thai Red Curry Grilled Beef

Ingredients

  • 1 whole beef flank steak, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 3-4 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon red curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red curry paste

Instructions

Step 1

Add 3 tablespoon fish sauce,
1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar,
3-4 cloves crushed garlic,
1 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger,
1 teaspoon hot sauce,
1 teaspoon red curry powder,
and 1/2 teaspoon red curry paste into a mixing plate. Mix well.

Step 2

Then put the steak in the plate, toss well.
Use a fork to poke the steak to make many holes in the steak.
Let sit in room temperature for 1 hours.

Step 3

Now Put the steak on a hot grill, grill for 6-7 minutes per side.
Optional, add some herb on the steak while cooking.
