Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • pinch of salt
  • tbl of fresh tarragon
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • dash of cayenne

Instructions

Step 1

Slice the garlic cloves. Put them into a small bowl.
Add a pinch of salt. Crash them. on the half way, add a tbl of fresh tarragon.
Crash them well.

Step 2

Add 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 2 tsp fresh lemon juice.
Mix well.

Step 3

Add some cayenne. Mix well.
