Recipe: Stir-fried Bok Choy

Ingredients

  • 3-4 Heads Of Baby Bok Choy
  • 1/2 Cup Sliced Red Peppers
  • 2 Clove Garlic
  • 1 Tbl Ginger
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Tbl Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tbl Soy Sauce
  • 8 Drops Sesame Oil

Instructions

Step 1

Trim the tops and bottoms of the Bok Choy separately so they both can cook perfectly. Cut the bottoms into 1/4 inch pieces. Pile the tops up, and cut them into half. Slice the Red Peppers.

Step 2

Add 1 tbl Vegetable Oil in a saute pan over high heat. When the pan is hot,
add the bok choy bottoms and the sliced red pepper. Stir and cook for 1 minute.

Step 3

Add 2 Clove diced Garlic, 1 tbl Ginger, 1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes in the pan. Sizzle for 1 minute.

Step 4

Add the bok choy tops, 1 Tbl Soy Sauce and 8 Drops Sesame Oil in the pan.
Give it a stir.

Step 5

Transfer to a serving plate to serve.
