Recipe: Spicy Crusty Roast Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 Russet Potatoes
- 1 Tbl Dried Herb Blend - Like Herb De Provance
- Olive Oil
- Paprika
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut each potato into half, then cut each half into 3 pieces.
Step 2
Put the potato pieces into a large bowl. Add 1 Tbl Dried Herb Blend,some Olive Oil, some Paprika, and some Salt and Pepper. Give them a toss.
Step 3
Place a baking map into a baking pan. Place the potato pieces in the map, neat and in order.Cook in an oven at 425F for 20 minutes. Then take them out, flip the potato pieces.
Return them back in the oven, cook for another 15-20 minutes.
