Recipe: Spanishe Tapas
Ingredients
- Ground cumin
- 8 oz goat cheese
- Get some orange zest.
- A jar of 10 - 12 piquillo peppers
Instructions
Step 1
Put 8 oz goat cheese into a plate.Take 5 drags zest from the orange. Dice them up. Put them in the plate with the goat cheese. Add 1 tbsp ground cumin.
Cut the orange into half. Squeeze 1 to 1 1/2 tbsp juice of the orange in the plate.
Add 1/2 tbsp black pepper, and 1/2 to 1 1/2 tbsp salt. Mix well.
Step 2
Put the mixture into a zip lock bag. Shake and squeeze them down to the corner, then wrap in the corner of the bag.
Step 3
Put the 10 - 12 piquillo peppers into a plate. Then cut off the corner of the zip lock bag, about half inch over there.Open the piquillo pepper, squeeze 1/2 to 1 tbsp the cheese mixture inside the piquillo pepper.
Squeeze the top of the pepper and it will seal. Repeat the process for the remaining piquillo peppers.
Step 4
Place 3 finished piquillo peppers in triangle shape on a serving plate.Spoon over the Almond and Parsley sauce. Enjoy!
