Recipe: Spanish Classic Romesco Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic - quartered
- 1 cup roasted red pepper
- 1 cup roasted red pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp sherry vinegar
- 2 anchovy fillet
- 1/2 cup roasted almonds
Instructions
Step 1
Add 1/4 cup olive oil and 4 cloves garlic - quartered into a pan over low heat. Sizzle for 30 seconds. Remove them from heat and put into a bowl.
Step 2
Put 1 cup roasted red pepper,1 cup roasted red pepper,
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes,
2 tbsp sherry vinegar,
2 anchovy fillet,
1/2 cup roasted almonds, and the cooked garlic oil into a blending jar.
Blend for about 90 seconds.
