Recipe: Simple Bearnaise Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tsp tarragon mustard
- salt and cracked black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
Instructions
Step 1
Add 2 egg yolks,2 tsp tarragon mustard,
some salt and cracked black pepper,
1 tsp white wine vinegar,
and a little bit of water into a mixing bowl. Whisk well.
Step 2
Put the mixing bowl over low heat. Keep whisking.Then the sauce gets thick and steam, Remove.
Give it a whisk.
