Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tsp tarragon mustard
  • salt and cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar

Instructions

Step 1

Add 2 egg yolks,
2 tsp tarragon mustard,
some salt and cracked black pepper,
1 tsp white wine vinegar,
and a little bit of water into a mixing bowl. Whisk well.

Step 2

Put the mixing bowl over low heat. Keep whisking.
Then the sauce gets thick and steam, Remove.
Give it a whisk.
