Ingredients

  • 2 2lb lb(907 g) (907 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Sauce:
  • 1/2 1/2cup cup(125 mL) (125 mL) ketchup
  • 2 2tbsp tbsp(25 mL) (25 mL) horseradish
  • 2 2tbsp tbsp(25 mL) (25 mL) lemon juice
  • 2 2tsp tsp(10 mL) (10 mL) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 1/4tsp tsp(1 mL) (1 mL) hot pepper sauce

Instructions

Step 1

In pot of boiling salted water, cook shrimp until pink, about 5 minutes. Drain and pat dry. Arrange on platter.

Step 2

Sauce: In bowl, stir together ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce. Serve with shrimp for dipping.
