Recipe: Sherry Vinaigrette Sauce

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup sherry vinegar
• 1 cup olive oil
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Add 1/3 cup sherry vinegar,
1 tsp Dijon mustard,
some salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well.

Step 2

Mix in 1 cup olive oil. Mix well.
Pour the whole mixture in a shaker.
Cover the shaker, Shake vigorously.
