Recipe: Seared and Glazed Barramundi Fillets

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp yellow miso paste
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Instructions

Step 1

Add 2 tbsp yellow miso paste,
1 tbsp brown sugar,
2 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar,
and 1 tsp soy sauce in a mixing bowl. Mix well.

Step 2

Glaze the sauce on the Barramundi fillets, spread well.

Step 3

Add some olive oil in a pan over high heat. When the pan is hot, place the Barramundi fillets in the pan, the glazed side down. Spoon some glaze sauce on the top side of the Barramundi fillets, spread well. Cook 1 1/2 minutes per side.
