Recipe: Seared and Glazed Barramundi Fillets
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp yellow miso paste
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Add 2 tbsp yellow miso paste,1 tbsp brown sugar,
2 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar,
and 1 tsp soy sauce in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
Step 2
Glaze the sauce on the Barramundi fillets, spread well.
