Ingredients
- 4 fillet of rock cod
- spice mix
- 2 tbl olive oil
- 2 tbl butter
- 3 eggs
- ap flour, as needed
Instructions
Step 1
Add 1 tbl black pepper, 1 tbl salt, and 2 tbl smoked paprika in a small bowl. Mix well. This is the spice mix.
Step 2
Add 3 eggs in a plate, whisk well.
Step 3
Put 4 fillets of rock cod on a plate. Hold a strainer over the fillets, add the spice mix in the strainer, tap it to let th spice mix drizzle on the fillets. It will coat fillets very nicely.
Step 4
Add flour on the fillets, turn and pat around and let the fillets coated with the four. Put the fillets in the eggs, Turn around and let coated with the eggs. Leave the fillets in the eggs for a few minutes.
Step 5
Add 2 tbl olive oil and 2 tbl butter in a pan over med-low heat. When the oil is hot, put the fillets in the pan. Cook for 3 minutes per side.
Step 6
Serve with some fries, fresh lemon and some sauce. Enjoy!
