Recipe: Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp butter
- fresh chives
Instructions
Step 1
Add 1 tbsp butter in a pan over low/medium heat. When the butter is melted, add 2 large eggs. Turn the heat to low. Use your spatula to whisk well.
Step 2
Add some fresh chives. Keep stirring.Turn off the heat. Add 1tbsp butter.

Step 3
When the eggs almost done, add some salt and pepper.
