Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp butter
  • fresh chives

Instructions

Step 1

Add 1 tbsp butter in a pan over low/medium heat. When the butter is melted, add 2 large eggs. Turn the heat to low. Use your spatula to whisk well.

Step 2

Add some fresh chives. Keep stirring.
Turn off the heat. Add 1tbsp butter.
whisk well.

Step 3

When the eggs almost done, add some salt and pepper.

Step 4

When the eggs are done, top them on some bread to serve.
