Ingredients
- 1 can 28-oz whole tomatoes
- 1 can 7-oz diced green chilies
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/2 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Put 1 can 28-oz whole tomatoes in a big bowl. Crush them by hand.
Step 2
Add the diced green chilies, the sliced green onions, 1 can 7-oz diced green chilies, 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 2 cloves finely minced garlic, 2 tbsp chopped parsley, some salt and pepper in the big bowl. Mix well.
