Ingredients

  • 1 tbl tomato paste (double-concentrate)
  • 1 tbl aged Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbl rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 6 tbl olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Add 1 tbl tomato paste (double-concentrate),
1 tbl aged Balsamic vinegar,
1 tbl rice vinegar,
and 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard into a large bowl. Whisk well.

Step 2

Stir in 6 tbl olive oil. Add some salt and pepper to taste.
Stir well.
