Recipe: Roasted Herb Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 2 Russet Potatoes
  • 1 Tbl Dried Herb Blend
  • Olive Oil
  • Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

Step 1

Cut each potatoes into half, cut each half into 3 even pieces. Put them in a bowl, add 1 tsp Paprika,
1 Tbl Dried Herb Blend, Like Herb De Provance,
some Salt and Pepper,
and 1 tbsp olive oil. Toss well.

Step 2

Put a baking mat on a baking sheet, place the potato pieces on the mat.

Step 3

Cook in an oven at 325F for 20 minutes. Remove, flip the potato pieces. Return in the oven, cook for another 15-20 minutes.

Step 4

Once they are done, remove from the oven. Flip on the skin side.

Step 5

Transfer to a serving plate, enjoy!
