Recipe: Roast Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 Spaghetti Squash
  • black pepper
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • grated Parmesan

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the Spaghetti Squash into half, get rid of the seeds.

Step 2

Use heavy duty foil to Wrap half of the Spaghetti Squash up, nice and tight.
Put it on a baking sheet pan, then bake it in an oven at 375F for about 1 hour.

Step 3

Insert a fork into the Spaghetti Squash, if it is tender, it is done.
Flip it up side down. Let cool. Use a fork to scrape off the skin.

Step 4

To serve, topped with some olive oil, some black pepper, some salt and grated Parmesan.
