Recipe: Quick Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients
- 18 Brussel Sprouts
- 1 tbl olive oil
- 1 tbl butter
- 1 lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Cut each Brussel Sprouts into half, take off the core. Slice each half very thin.
Step 2
Preheat pan until very hot. Add 1 tbl olive oil. Then throw in Brussel Sprouts.Halve the lemon, and squeeze half the lemon in. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Saute on high for 60 seconds, stir continuously.
Step 3
Turn off the heat. Squeeze the other half lemon.Add butter, stir until melted.
Remove from pan to retain color.
