Ingredients

  • stale Italian bread
  • 8 oz mozzarella fresca
  • 1/2 cup pesto
  • 2 tbsp white wine and vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • red pepper flakes
  • sun shine

Instructions

Step 1

Slice stale Italian bread into thin pieces. Place the pieces into a plate. Then drip over 1/4 cup pesto,
spread 8 oz mozzarella fresca (fresh mozzarella).

Step 2

continue to add some salt and pepper, red pepper flakes.

Step 3

cick it upa notch ada.
add 2 tbsp white wine vinegar, 2 tbsp olive oil to the remaining cup pesto, Mix well.
Then drizzle the sauce over the bread mixture above.

Step 4

Now place the whole plate in the sun for 20 minutes. The sun help soaking.
