Recipe: Peanut Dip or Peanut Chutney
Ingredients
- Peanut
- 100 Gm
- Dry Red chilly
- 6 Nos
- Garlic
- 5 Flacks
- Tamarind pulp / Tamarind Past
- 8 Gm / if Past 1/2 Tea Spoon
- Salt
- 1/4 Tea Spoon
- Water
- 150 ML
- Curry Levees
- 10 levees
Instructions
Step 1
Roast the Peanut golden until it tarn yellow, After roasted the Peanut bring in to cold and Rup the Peanut put in to flat plate to remove the skin
Step 2
Now put the above mention ingredients with Roasted Peanut
Step 3
Put-all together and add water Make fine past. Serve with IDLY / DOSA even finger chips
