Recipe: Pan Seared Perch with Fried Capers
Ingredients
- boneless Perch filets - skin-on
- 2 tbl butter
- 2 tbl capers
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Make some small cuts or “scores” on the Perch filets' skin. Season them with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Chop 2 tbl capers.
Step 3
Put 2 tbl butter on a pan over medium heat. When the butter melts, add the chopped capers. Fry for 3-5 minutes. When the color of the forms change from white to light tan, put the Perch filets in the pan, skin side down.Fry for 2 minutes, then flip the Perch filets over.
