Recipe: Original Buffalo Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Frank\'s Louisiana hot sauce
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) cold unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce or other hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt to taste

Instructions
Step 1
Add 2/3 cup Frank's Louisiana hot sauce,1 stick (1/2 cup) cold unsalted butter,
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar,
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce,
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce or other hot sauce (like the Sriracha I used),
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper,
and 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder in a heavy duty pot. Put it on medium heat.
Step 2
Bring it to a simmer, keep whisking. Turn off the heat. set aside.
Step 3
Put the Buffalo-style chicken wings in a big bowl. Add the sauce in the bowl.Cover the bowl and shake well.
