Recipe: Olympic Freestyle Homemade Pasta
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- semolina flour
- olive oil
- cheeses
Instructions
Step 1
pile up the semolina flour on a table. Make it like a nest. Add 2 beaten eggs and a little bit olive oil in the centre of the flour.whisk the eggs well. Add flour into the eggs occasionally.
Step 2
Then use a wood stick to roll the dough. When the dough gets thin, fold it, and roll it over.Keep doing this for 5-6 times.
Step 3
When the dough becomes thin, cut it into 4 pieces. Roll each piece nice and thin, about 8.5 inch.Use a pasta cutter to cut each piece into 7 long strips evenly.
Throw some corn flour on the strips, toss them with your fingers.
Step 4
Put the strips on a flat sheet near a window, open the window and let dry in the sun for a few hours.
Step 5
Put the Pasta strips into boiling salted water, boil for 1-2 minutes. When the strips float on the top of the water,remove and drain the strips. Pour over the pasta sauce over it. Toss well.
