Ingredients
- 12 cooked lasagna noodles
- 8 oz mozzarella
- 3 or 4 cups cheese sauce
- 3 cups cubed roasted butternut squash
- 1 bunch cooked broccoli rabe
- parmesan as needed
- pepper flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Spread some cheese sauce in a baking pan. Place 4 noodles on on the bottom of the pan. Add some roasted butternut squash cubes, spread evenly. Drizzle some toasted hazelnuts. Spread some cheese sauce on top. Add some fresh mozzarella.
Step 2
Place 4 noodles on the top, add some broccoli rabes on them, spread well. Drizzle some red pepper flakes and mozzarella. Spoon over some cheese sauce. Place another 4 noodles on top. Spoon enough cheese sauce, use a spatula to spread evenly. Add some Parmesan cheese on top.
Step 3
Bake at 375F for 45 minutes in an oven.
