Ingredients

  • 3 1/4 pound chicken
  • 3/4 cup apple sauce
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce to taste
  • Any dry rub, enough to coat

Instructions

Step 1

Put the chicken in a loaf pan. Pour over 3/4 cup apple sauce. Drizzle your dry rub mix all over the chicken.

Step 2

Cook in an oven at 300F for 2 hours.
