Recipe: Lemon Milk Icing

Ingredients

• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 2 tsp grated lemon zest - optional
• 1 tbsp milk
• 1 small drop food coloring - optional

Instructions

Step 1

Add 1 cup powdered sugar,
2 tsp grated lemon zest,
1 tbsp milk and
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice into a mixing plate.
Mix well.

Step 2

Then add 1 small drop food coloring. Mix well.
Add more powdered sugar and milk, Mix well.

Step 3

Garnish the Lemon Milk Icing on breads, cookies or pastries.
