Recipe: Italian Gremolata
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
- 1 large garlic clove, crushed fine
- 1 tsp freshly grated lemon zest
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste (optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Add 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley,1 large crushed raw garlic clove,
1 tsp freshly grated lemon zest,
and 1 tbsp olive oil in a bowl. Mix well.
