Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • 1 large garlic clove, crushed fine
  • 1 tsp freshly grated lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste (optional)

Instructions

Step 1

Add 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley,
1 large crushed raw garlic clove,
1 tsp freshly grated lemon zest,
and 1 tbsp olive oil in a bowl. Mix well.

Step 2

Add more olive oil as needed.
