Recipe: Inside-Out Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- grated cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 tbsp butter
Instructions
Step 1
Melt 1 tbsp butter in a a quality non-stick pan over med-high heat.Place 2 slices of bread on the pan. Then put some cheese on one slice of bread.
Flip the other slice on the cheese.
Step 2
Add some cheese on the top of the bread. Add 1/2 tbsp butter on the pan.When the butter has been melted, flip the bread and cheese all over.
Add some cheese on the top of the bread. Turn the heat to med-low.
